As the Education Manager for ANZ, you will be responsible for executing the education strategy for Australia and New Zealand aligning it with the global education and content delivery framework and the AU and NZ business objectives to help achieve key business goals. Your role will oversee the direction and delivery of education for Partners and Small Businesses, ensuring strong support for regional commercial strategies.
What you’ll do
- Assist in the development and management of the regional education strategy in line with the AU & NZ commercial and the global education & content delivery strategy
- Create and drive clear road maps and KPI’s to achieve education goals
- Maintain high engagement levels with the AU & NZ Go To Market teams, provide input and feedback on an ongoing basis
- Monitor and analyze key data and metrics, making recommendations and changes ensuring that the education offering is as effective and efficient as possible
- Be responsible for the implementation of all education requirements
- Working with Head of Global Content Delivery and Head of Global Curriculum ensure that the curriculum is continually refreshed and enhanced
- Support the team in the creation and delivery of live webinars, events and face to face sessions for the business
- Balance the need for quality and quantity ensuring education content and resourcing is available in a timely manner
- Determine the most appropriate education format for all requests and ensure the correct teams are involved
- Drive content production through the appropriate stages to ensure quality output in a timely manner
- Work with the global curriculum team to ensure effective use of global resources in the timely delivery of initiatives in AU & NZ
- Onboard new team members, external writers and industry experts where appropriate
- Work closely with regional Sales and Marketing to deliver content for local initiatives
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders in the AU & NZ teams and global content teams
- Proactively communicate with regional Sales, Marketing and Partner Consulting managers around new education deliverables activities or events
- Design and report on key metrics / monthly reporting to the Head of Global Content Delivery and GM of Education & Content Delivery to ensure objectives are being met
- Actively engage with Education Managers in other regions to ensure continual improvements and application of best practice
What you’ll bring with you
- Proven experience in managing teams that may be geographically dispersed
- Proven understanding of taking customer needs and turning them into new and innovative experiences
- Experience in developing and delivering education content
- Proven ability to manage projects
- Build and maintain stakeholder relationshipsDemonstrable commercial acumen
- Small Business, accounting, education or SAAS experience would be desirable
