Job Description
The Edtech Product Support Associate plays an integral role in strengthening the Edtech Ecosystem by supporting the effective adoption of edtech solutions. This individual will work with the education team to implement large-scale onboarding initiatives, ensure quality assurance of products, and curate enablers that drive product adoption.
The Edtech Product Support Associate is a self-starter, passionate about improving global access to education, and committed to understanding systems that enhance the adoption of edtech solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Edtech Product Adoption Support
- Develop and document various use cases for edtech solutions, aligning with the needs of target user groups (students, teachers, parents, administrators).
- Support edtech companies in refining their value proposition based on user engageme and adoption data.
- Collaborate with the education team to develop adoption strategies tailored to differe school systems.
Quality Assurance and Testing
- Conduct micro-testing exercises to assess product usability, accessibility, and effectivene in real educational settings.
- Organize and execute product demos and showcases for educators and other stakeholders.
- Gather user feedback and relay actionable insights to edtech providers for continuous product improvement.
Edtech Ecosystem Adoption Enablers Curation and Management
- Identify and engage key stakeholders (School Groups, NGOs, governments, entrepreneurs, OEMs, Telcos) to drive product adoption.
- Design and execute training programs to equip educators with the knowledge and skills to integrate edtech into teaching and learning.
Reporting and Insights Generation
- Develop periodic reports with data-driven insights on edtech solution adoption and effectivenes
- Track and analyse key adoption metrics to refine engagement and onboarding strategie
- Maintain accurate documentation of testing outcomes, stakeholder feedback, and user engagement insights.
Qualifications
The successful candidate will have the following experience/skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Education, Educational Technology, or Marketing
- Experience working in education, Edtech, Product management or Growth and Partnership Management.
- Strong understanding of technology adoption frameworks.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to translate feedback into actionable recommendations.
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to manage resources, timelines, and deliverables in a structured and effecti manner.
