Join our Executive Collaboration Services (ECS) team at Mars, where we provide exceptional digital user effectiveness and IT support to our Global Leadership Teams. Based in Chicago, Illinois, this ECS Lead role is pivotal in supporting the Mars Snacking senior leadership team and the Petcare North America team. Reporting to Meg Christensen, ECS Services Manager, you will be at the forefront of delivering high-touch, strategic IT solutions that enhance executive productivity and engagement.
In this highly customer-facing position, you will leverage your technical expertise and consultative mindset to address a wide range of executive needs. Your responsibilities will include deploying cutting-edge technologies, resolving complex IT challenges, and providing hands-on support for high-profile meetings and events. You will also ensure seamless technology support for executives traveling within the region, guaranteeing excellence in service delivery and a superior user experience.

- Bachelor's degree or 5+ years of relevant experience in IT support or a related field.
- A proactive technologist with a passion for delivering exceptional executive support.
- Strong technical proficiency across collaboration tools, devices, and meeting technologies.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to anticipate needs and adapt to evolving business requirements.
- Strong client service orientation and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage time effectively and multitask in a fast-paced environment.
What will be your key responsibilities?
- Act as a consultative strategist to senior leadership, advising on leading-edge technologies and providing deep technical knowledge.
- Provide functional and technical support for the ECS/executive customer base, including proactive IT check-ins and problem resolution.
- Demonstrate strategic time management and multitasking skills to meet the demands of executive support.
- Offer thought leadership tailored to individual customer requirements and restrictions.
- Participate in project definition, scope, objectives, risks, and approach for various initiatives.
- Manage technical event support for offsite events, global summits, large-scale meetings, and virtual town halls.
- Collaborate effectively across multiple functions and with the global ECS Support team.
- Travel as needed within the USA to support executive needs.

The base pay range for this position at commencement of employment is expected to be between the range listed below, however, base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including but not limited to, market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements, if eligible, including variable pay, medical and dental benefits, participation in 401k plan, and paid time off benefits. Eligibility for these additional elements depend on the position offered and the employee’s work schedule (i.e., part-time schedule, store associate). Details of participation in these benefit plans will be provided if an applicant receives an offer of employment.
