Position: eCommerce Coordinator, OXO
Department: Marketing for OXO
Work Location: New York, NY, Hybrid (work 3 days onsite)
Hybrid Schedule: Helen of Troy associates enjoy the advantages and flexibility of a hybrid working model, allowing for in office 3 days minimum, and remote 2 days. Any changes to this working model would be communicated accordingly.
What you will be doing:
The Ecommerce Coordinator will coordinate and deliver on various ecommerce tasks to and from multiple teams; marketing, customer service, inventory management, IT, product and brand.

Coordinate and manage a variety of eCommerce tasks across multiple teams, including Marketing, Customer Service, Inventory Management, IT, Product, and Brand.

Update and create content across the eCommerce platform, including product pages, landing pages, homepage, and content pages.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless relationships and configurations within the eCommerce system. Collaborate with the internal development team to implement and prioritize new website features.

Work closely with Customer Service teams to identify and resolve consumer friction points through timely site updates.

Educate marketing and design teams on site capabilities to enhance user experience and marketing strategies.

Become a subject matter expert in the oxo.com admin, continuously improving site knowledge and expertise.

Contribute to the creation and maintenance of workflow documentation to streamline processes.

Partner with the marketing team to execute onsite campaigns and ensure alignment with overall strategies.

Collaborate on marketing calendars, ensuring key initiatives are accurately represented on the website.

Analyze data and industry trends to recommend innovative merchandising strategies for homepage, landing pages, product pages, and site search optimization.

Provide content recommendations for seasonal initiatives to drive engagement and sales.

Manage and maintain promotion codes, offering support to various teams as needed.

Communicate important site updates to all relevant internal teams, ensuring smooth collaboration.

Work with inventory teams to identify product gaps, stock availability, demand trends, and pricing strategies.

Stay informed about new product developments, launches, and features to ensure the website reflects the latest offerings.

Provide pricing support to the sales team, ensuring accurate and timely updates on the site.

Address and resolve UI and traffic issues reported by Customer Service, Product Development, and Sales teams.

Coordinate with internal and external teams to plan and execute A/B testing for site improvements.

Assist in supporting and maintaining the testing roadmap for ongoing site optimization.

Effectively communicate site initiatives and updates to all relevant teams to ensure alignment and successful execution.
Skills needed to be successful in this role:

Tech Savvy – competent with web-based technologies though work or leisure – admin UI, traditional ecommerce structures, website design, merchandising

Excellent communication skills both verbal and written

Data-driven mindset

Demonstrated high level of autonomy and ability to self-start

Demonstrated passion for improving the consumer experience and making it the best it can possibly be

Ability to manage multiple projects and strong desire to “own” all aspects of eCommerce Communication for OXO
Minimum Qualifications:

Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field

1 + yr experience working with ecommerce platforms
-
Previous work with DTC marketing and digital “product” management
-
Experience working cross-functionally with myriad teams
-
Knowledge of various digital platforms and passion for keeping up with and learning about new on-site marketing approaches

Authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis

Experience with Magento and Atlassian
In New York City, the standard base pay range for this role is $49,271.27 - $73,906.91 annually. This base pay range is specific to New York City and may not be applicable to other locations. Actual salaries will vary based on several factors, including but not limited to location, experience, skill level, and performance. The range listed is just one component of the total compensation package for employees.
