EC Project Sales Manager/ Specialistは、は、小規模顧客をターゲットに、新しい販売プラットフォームの構築と運営によって既存商材の拡販を行うことで利益を生み出す戦略的営業ポジションです。
オンラインストアのスペシャリストとして、見込み顧客の組織や課題を理解し、Cybereasonソリューションがどのようにお客様の問題解決に繋がるのか、お客様のサイバーセキュリティおよびビジネスイニシアチブに沿った提供をどのようにするのか理解を深めて頂きます。
こんなことやります
- オンラインストア、ECビジネスの企画立案からストア構築、セールスオペレーションの基礎を構築する
- ターゲット顧客に対しマーケティングリードを創出する
- 平均セールスサイクル2～3ヶ月間、インサイドセールスと協力し合って最初から最後まで、一貫したセールス活動を実行する。
- セールスエンジニア、パートナーセールス、カスタマーサクセス、マーケティングチーム、セールスオペレーションなど、部門の枠を超えチーム一丸となって協力し協働して成功に繋げる。
- 計画策定からリード創出、ビジネスステータスなど、タイムリーで正確な情報を経営陣にアップデートする。
- 月次、四半期、および年次の販売目標、それを支えるKPIの超越を目指す。
- 顧客に選ばれ、採用される機会を増やすため、顧客と良好なビジネス関係を構築し、公開導入事例を創出する。
こんな人がこのポジションにマッチします
- BtoB向けのオンラインストア開発や運営を5年以上担当し、ビジネスやシステム特性の理解を行い成功させてきたスキルや経験
- テクノロジー/SaaS／サーバーセキュリティ関連のエンタープライズビジネス経験があればなお好ましい
- 他部門と協働しながら遂行するプロジェクトリードやマネジメント経験
- 顧客、見込み客、社内の同僚と協力する際の強力な関係構築スキル
- 成長意欲(マインドセット)、スキルを向上させるために取り組む力
- セールスプロセスを完全に理解し、セールスサイクルを前進させる能力
- Webベースのツールを介したコミュニケーションとプレゼンテーションのスキル
