ABOUT THE ROLE
The holder of this position will be the main actor in the problem-management process
RESPONSIBILITIES

Actively fulfill problem management role by analyzing re-occurring incidents, identifying patterns, including root cause analysis in a holistic way across multiple application system.

Manage the problem lifecycle and shape the problem management process

Promote and train the integration of the problem management process into daily business
-
Initiating and driving problem management activities in order to permanently remove incident root causes end2end
-
Reporting on identified risks and flaws to senior management level regularly
-
Proactively cultivate good relationships with stakeholders to ensure a good communication base
REQUIREMENTS
Education and experience:
-
University degree or similar qualification
-
Min. of 5 years of experience working in IT
-
Experience in working with remote teams in a global, multicultural environment
-
Good understanding of relational database concepts, heterogeneous IT environments, including up-to-date technologies such as SOA and web-services
-
Certain command of common analyzing tools (EXCEL, SPLUNK, SAS, etc.) to drive analysis self-sufficiently
-
ITIL certification is a plus
-
Excellent English language skills both oral and written
