Unilabs is seeking an Oracle HCM Support Lead to oversee and manage the support activities related to our Oracle HCM system. This role requires a strategic thinker with a deep understanding of HCM processes and a strong ability to lead a team.
Your key responsibilities and demonstrable experience will include:
- Excellent knowledge of Oracle Cloud Human Capital Management Application functionality including Core HR, Absence Management, Talent Management Compensation and Performance Mgt) and Oracle Guided Learning.
- Strong Functional expertise covering all Oracle SaaS Applications supporting technologies such as Workflow, HCM Export, HDL, APIs and Cloud Security
- Strong functional knowledge of Oracle HCM Cloud Applications not currently implemented such as ORC, Learning Management etc., is also desirable
- Ability to be hands-on, resolving Level 2 and Level 3 support tickets
- Previous experience of regression testing Oracle Quarterly release upgrades
- Strong Support Team and people management skills are essential, along with excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Produce Weekly Status Reporting including key performance indicators
- Building and maintaining strong internal relationship with IT and HR communities along with external suppliers is essential.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, or a related field.
- A minimum of 6 years of experience in Oracle HCM support or similar roles.
- In-depth knowledge of Oracle HCM modules and best practices.
- Proven leadership skills, with experience managing a support team.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and analytical skills.
- Strong communication skills, capable of engaging with stakeholders at all levels.
- Experience with HCM data management and reporting tools is desired.
- Oracle HCM certification is an advantage.
