Job Description:

The role works with Royal Canin Korea E-Commerce team based in Seoul. The purpose of this role is to ensure the e-merchandising and recommendation of Royal Canin products by partnering with a variety of online customers and channels. This position plays an important role in driving sales and growing category in the digital space.

What are we looking for?

  • Over 5 years of experience in FMCG, including a minimum of 3 years in the E-commerce field.
  • Advanced level of English both written and verbal
  • Strong customer and marketing experience that includes selling, negotiating, and leveraging insights and proven ability to understand and translate brand strategies into engaging customer strategies that are mutually beneficial for company and customer
  • Business acumen with a good understanding and application of the sales cycle, innovation processes and broader business implications to making judgments and recommendations for action. Having worked with Key Accounts with JBP(Joint Business Plan)
  • A confident and articulate communicator

What will be your key responsibilities?

  • Analyze category insight and research data to drive actionable initiatives
  • Develop and maintain dashboards to track KPIs (Sell-in/Sell-out, Portfolio performance, Data-driven insights for actions)
  • Optimize a RTM (Route-to-Market) strategy that integrates the market environment with the company's objectives
  • Plan and implement customer marketing programs to improve e-merchandising and pet owner experience
  • Perfect Digital Store Champion (Global E-Merchandising Signature Program) - Track, embed, and enhance key levers while effectively engaging stakeholders.
  • Manage budgets (Trade/A&CP) to ensure efficient allocation and maximum ROI across campaigns and channels
  • Strategic Revenue Management (SRM): Optimize pricing, promotions, product mix, and trade investments to manage revenue and profitability
  • Facilitate communication with global and regional teams to ensure alignment and consistency.
