The Impact You’ll Make in this Role

As an Activation Marketing Specialist, you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world. Here, you will make an impact by:

  • Lead Drinking Water Purifiers Marketing in Korea, working closely with Sales team and Application Engineers to optimize sales, profit, and market share for Drinking Water product portfolios within the Purification & Filtration Business.
  • Primary responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the development of country marketing plans, as well as campaign execution to drive demand generation and growth acceleration.
  • Localize marketing plans and activate campaigns based on country needs and opportunities
  • Provide market and competitive intelligence and input to the Area teams (Area portfolio, NPI and Integrated Marketing)
  • NPI voice of market, ideas, local needs and collaborate on global NPI projects.

Your Skills and Expertise 

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher (completed and verified prior to start)
  • (7) + years of Product Marketing / Marketing Management in Food Service Commercial, Consumer market (FMCG), Retails or eCommerce industries or related fields.
  • Excellence in marketing disciplines. (pricing, portfolio management, end-user engagement, channel strategy, and communication)
  • Systematic thinking, fast learning and adopt of e-business.
  • Experience in KR eCommerce is highly valued.
  • Demonstrate track record with product launch excellence.
  • Experience working in cross functional, cross-cultural environment.
  • Has the ability to effectively engage and convince Sales team.
  • Good in listening, writing and speaking English

Travel: May include up to 25% domestic/international
