HOW YOU WILL MAKE AN IMPACT:
Varsity Spirit is hiring an E-Commerce Processor to join the team at our Memphis Headquarters. The E-Commerce Processor will report directly to the Sales Technology Manager and play a vital role in ensuring the smooth and accurate processing of online orders, contributing to the overall customer experience at Varsity Spirit. This position will enhance operational efficiency during peak seasons and support the company's growth by maintaining attention to detail, managing high-volume tasks efficiently, and identifying opportunities for process improvements.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Process online orders with accuracy and efficiency.
- Follow up on escalated inquiries for online orders as needed.
- Special project involvement.
- Demonstrate a desire for team success by keeping an eye open for process improvement.
- Cross training within our department to assist in peak season.
QUALIFICATIONS
Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:
- Maintain a positive, encouraging attitude at all times.
- Excellent verbal and written communication.
- Proficient keyboarding skill.
- Ability to multitask in a high pace environment.
- Task oriented and self-motivated.
Education/Experience:
- Prior experience demonstrating success in a Customer Service oriented position.
- Minimum associate degree in Business, Public Relations, Marketing, or equivalent
- System applications: OMS (Order Management System), Salesforce.com (CRM), AS400, JDEdwards, Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, etc.)
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
Prolonged periods of sitting, standing, bending, lifting, kneeling and walking will all occur on a regular basis.
