We are seeking for a highly skilled and motivated E-Business Jr Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing and managing the e-commerce channels and key areas of e-commerce operations. As the E-business Jr Manager, you will be in charge to assist the E-business Sr Manager to increase the productivity of the area operations and ensure seamless activations within the digital channels.
Key Responsibilities:
- E-commerce operations follow up
- Campaign orchestration within the digital touchpoints
- Seamless and mastered catalog execution (activation/discontinuation)
- E-merchandising excellence & localization for digital channels
- Execute e-commerce activation projects
- Run & features follow-up / testing within the digital channels
- Personalisation, AB testing, UX analytics
- Online appointment booking management & operations and other services operations within the site, such as Store Locator
- Boutique monitoring project
- Partner with Client Care team to solve clients issues withing the platform
- Ensure the website functionality meets the needs of customers and business
- Support in business case preparations for new channels openings
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Marketing, IT, or related field
- 3 to 5 years proven experience in e-commerce, preferably D2C. Marketplaces is a plus
- Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to make sound decisions
- Able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Familiarity with e-commerce platforms. Marketplaces platforms is a plus
- In-depth knowledge of online marketing, web analytics, and social media
- The E-business Jr Manager should be a strategic thinker with strong organizational and planning skills while maintaining a keen attention to detail.
- Fluent in Spanish and English.
