The Job:
As a DTC Operations Specialist, you’ll be part of our Retail sales - EC team working as a Virtual/on-site employee.
You’ll get to:
- Store management: Own online store (www.toolo.co.kr) Operations through the Shopify Plus
- Daily / Weekly / Monthly Sales Management: Produce Sales Reports to EC team & Finance team (CS/OTC)
- Match inventories between warehouse and TOOLO to manage product status and maintain accurate stock display
- Collaboration with Total Care (Call Center) team: Supporting troubleshoot relevant issues impacting business performance, and assisting in buy/returns/refunds policy to ensure customers have a seamless shopping experience
The Person:

- Understand about Ecommerce (marketplace / DTC - own retail / vendor business in brand) is preferred
- Experience using DTC ADM. System / eCommerce Order Management System / ERP (SAP)
- Advance experience using MS Excel is a must, Power BI & Google analytics skills is an advantage
- Responsible, honest, kind, supportive, and builds trust among internal / external related departments (CS, Logistic, OTC, Help Desk, etc.)
