Job Description

The UAT Consultant I is responsible for Software Quality Assurance by performing manual web-based application testing. The individual should be aware of all phases of the development lifecycle and have a strong sense of how to operate as part of a team to accomplish customer experience and satisfaction goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Providing regular updates to manager(s) and stakeholders on project status, issues, concerns, and successes

• Facilitating necessary user-acceptance testing and/or post-launch remediation

• Coordinating communications across internal, management, agency, and technology teams

• Responsible for identifying, routing, and/or managing customer inquiries to the appropriate area within the company

• Identifying and resolving customer issues, seeking direction when needed

• Analyzing metrics to understand opportunity areas and improvements

Education

• 4 year Bachelors Degree (Preferred)

Experience

• 2 or more years of experience (Preferred)

Supervisory Responsibilities

• This job does not have supervisory duties.

Education & Experience (in lieu)

• In lieu of the above education requirements, an equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.
