Job Title: DOT Records Coordinator

Position Type: Full-Time, Non-Exempt

Location: U.S. Remote

About The Role:

The DOT Records Coordinator is responsible for the review, preparation, processing and release of negative and flawed drug test results not requiring review by the MRO. Involves contact with collections sites, testing laboratories, MRO and MTO staff.

This Is What You’ll Do:

  • Monitors CCFs for errors and ensures completion of corrective documentation

  • Review and release results

  • Accurately enters donor result information

  • Process results within TAT and accuracy KPIs

  • Respond to phone inquiries from clients and collection sites

  • Assists clients in researching and making refusal or flawed to test determinations.

  • Assists MRO team in obtaining all necessary paperwork for MRO files

  • Support compliance team for PTO coverage

This Is What We’re Looking For:

  • One year of customer service and general office experience

  • High School Diploma or equivalent

  • Exceptional oral and written communication skills with an attention to details.

  • Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize workload.

  • Strong customer service skills.

  • Computer literate with Microsoft products such as Windows, Internet Explorer, Microsoft Word and including advanced Excel knowledge.

  • Basic typing skills at 40 wpm.

The salary range for this position is $16.00 - $18.00 per hour, or the minimum wage in your local market, whichever is greater. Base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. A full range of benefits including but not limited to medical, financial, unlimited sick time, 22 days’ vacation annually (for FT workers; prorated 1st year of employment), parental leave and other benefits are also provided. This information is provided per several state and local Equal Pay and Pay Transparency Laws. Base pay information is based on market location.
