Your opportunity
Are you passionate about E-Commerce and eager to develop your skills in a dynamic environment? We are looking for an E-Commerce Specialist Intern to join our e-commerce run activities.
How You Will Contribute

Assist in the day-to-day operational tasks related to the running of the Brand website.

Manage the online product catalogue.

Coordinate product launches, promotions, and site content updates.

Monitor transactions, returns and online inventory
-
Prepare weekly and monthly sales performance reports.

Track website KPIs and use data-driven insights to provide actionable recommendations.

Monitor innovations in the luxury/jewelry industry, analyze competition, and share best practices.

Support stock & sales reconciliation.

Liaise with agencies, suppliers, and internal stakeholders to ensure successful project execution.
Who You Are
We believe you will excel in this role because of your:

Degree in Marketing, Business, Ecommerce, or a related field.

Previous experience in e-commerce
-
Good knowledge of Google Analytics GA4.

Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.

Proficiency in using Excel and PowerPoint.

Familiarity with Magento e-commerce platform, SEA and SEO is a plus
-
Positive energy, creativity, and a results-driven approach.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a proactive and open-minded attitude.

Fluency in Italian and English, knowledge of additional languages is highly valued.
