Job Description

Your Opportunity

We are currently looking for an organized, energetic and detail oriented Sales Marketing Specialist who will join our team based in Milan.

As a Sales Marketing Specialist you will be responsible of overseeing all marketing activities within your regional scope on both wholesale and retail channel. The position requires good negotiation and presentation skills, a strong attitude to team-work and solid organizational skills.

How you will contribute

  • Negotiating and implementing marketing plans, with a 360 approach that are in line with the Brand’s guidelines and communication strategy, at a local level on both wholesale and franchising channels

  • Power point presentations: support the entire team in the creation of different presentations (new projects, result analysis…)

  • Operational tasks: Creation of Purchase Requisition, registration of new suppliers within our systems, overseeing shippings to clients and/or suppliers

  • Precise allocation of the marketing budget to support selected partners maximizing results and monitoring ROI

  • Monitoring, analyzing and presenting results

  • Support on in-store events organisation working with external agencies and stakeholdrs

  • Supporting Area Managers on day-to-day activities such as: new openings, projects presentations…

  • Closely work with different department of the company (Brand Image, Digital and Media, Administration…)

Who you are

  • 2/3 years of experience in marketing/trade marketing field

  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal

  • Able to work in a fast-peace environment

  • Fluent in Italian and English, other languages will be considered a plus

  • Ability to work cross-functionally

  • Ability to oversee multiple initiatives and meet deadlines

  • Office-pack: outlook, excel, power point and word
