Our Mission
We are currently looking for a Digital Learning Specialist to join our dynamic Sales Training team based in Milan. He/she will play a key role in facilitating the digitalization of the Learning and creating a digital content that is able to inspire and engage our sales target population.
Your Opportunity

Support in the technical maintenance of the Learning App partnering with the supplier of the platform, in producing appealing and customized digital contents, according to the briefing

Develop online courses using authoring tools (LMS) and coordinate translations in selected languages

Create articles, posts and columns leveraging the annual Brand editorial calendar and retail best practices

Monitor the online courses completion and Kpis dashboard to be shared with key retail key functions

Develop a communication plan to animate the correct launch of the training

Work with IT team and supplier to troubleshoot technical issues and ensure efficiency.
Who you are
-
Master’s degree in Digital Marketing or similar
-
Minimum of 3-year experience in Digital Learning

Proficiency with learning management systems (LMS)

Understanding of web site design best practices

Excellent project management and organizational skills

Excellent written and oral communication skills, including the ability to talk to the audience in a very modern and effective way

Critical thinking skills and problem solver

Ability to prioritize and manage multiple simultaneous deadlines

Curiosity and proactivity in searching new and efficient training solutions and tools

Fluent in English
