Document Control Coordinator

Monitors complex product manufacturing processes, using established processes and procedures, to ensure compliance with manufacturing and quality standards. Maintains records of testing and inspections for reporting purposes. Evaluates manufactured products during different stages of production for quality check. Provides support specifically related to quality department activities.

About the job:

  • Collects data documenting quality throughout the entire manufacturing process. Uses defined checks/processes/metrics to ensure that compliance and quality standards are met. (40%)

  • Maintains testing and inspection records for future analysis. Identifies areas where production is not passing inspection. (30%)

  • Approves or rejects products based on quality standards and records supplier performance. (30%)

  • Other duties as assigned.

About you:

  • High school diploma or equivalent

  • Associate degree, two year technical/trade degree, or equivalent preferred

  • Five to seven years of experience

  • Previous experience working in a manufacturing facility

  • Analytical skills

  • Strong communication skills

  • High attention to detail
