All about the role:

To support Product Care teams across all the regions, being the reference for the product cost (i.e. DME, including platform saving) reporting and tracking.

To support Product Launch teams across all regions to consolidate, track and analyses the list of new PNC/SKU that are going to be launched in the markets.

What you’ll do:

  • To support Product Care teams on DME estimation, consolidation and tracking of the entire project execution

- Existing products (running changes)

- New products (platform savings)

- OPI with R&D involvement (e.g. resourcing)

  • To establish and maintain periodical reports

  • To guarantee proper interface with Company Financial & and Product Costing teams

  • To support the analysis of BOM structure and components costs (DM/STK).

  • To support Product Launch teams in consolidating and tracking all new product variants requests

  • To support Product Care and Launch teams in tracking FTE workload based on PPM

Where you’ll be:

You will be based in Poland, in one of the factories in lower Silesia.

Your main tasks:

  • Management Engineering or Economics Degree (Preferred)

  • 2 – 3 years experience in a similar position

  • Excellent in data analysis and reporting (Excel, Access, Power BI)
    Fluent English speaker and writer

  • Clear priority-driven and result-oriented

  • Like to work in interdisciplinary/cross-team environment

  • Excellent organizational and communication skills
