What You Will Do:

  • Work closely with the Corporate Accounts and Field sales team to provide financial support in the areas of deal analysis and contract negotiation, pro forma P&Ls, profit management, pricing strategy and execution, contract management, incentives management, etc.
  • Co-lead together with the division leadership team, the pricing strategy, monitor pricing execution and establish tracking process
  • Have direct responsibility for planning, reporting and analyzing all aspects of Corporate Accounts activities.
  • Act as a strategic business partner to General Manager and Corporate Accounts
  • Lead the team of Commercial Finance Analysts in charge of respective segments portfolio
  • Support strategic initiatives, and financial activities around innovation, Grow-to-win, digital for the Corporate Accounts portfolio
  • Own the relationship with the Commercial Finance Admin partners, and co-lead pricing and incentives management process improvement

What You Will Need:

  • 5+ years’ experience in financial planning, analysis and business support to drive decisions and business initiative implementation.
  • Bachelor (or equivalent) in finance, accounting, or business management.
  • Strong business acumen – the ability to foresee all critical market and internal parameters of a potential investment
  • Sound knowledge of financial processes in industry
  • Strong communication skills to communicate financial information in a simple and easy language with a variety of audiences up to EC level. The position is highly visible to both the European and Global management teams
  • Leadership experience, influencing and negotiation skills
  • Strong analytic skills and numerical aptitude, attention to detail
  • Agile learner, ability to drive results in a dynamic, collaborative team environment, act with a sense of urgency
  • High level of computer literacy, especially Excel and SAP/BI functionality and reporting
  • Fluent in English
