Job Overview
We are seeking a Director of Talent Acquisition to join our team at Ardmore Roderick. In this role, you will be responsible for shaping the strategic direction and execution of talent acquisition initiatives aimed at attracting, developing, and retaining high-quality talent across the company's expanding footprint. This position is crucial for influencing the future success of Ardmore Roderick by fostering a diverse and inclusive workforce and leveraging innovative recruitment strategies to maintain a competitive edge in the market. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who has proven leadership in the talent acquisition space and is looking to build and shape talent acquisition for a fast growing national company.
 
Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with senior leadership to align talent acquisition strategies with overall business objectives.
  • Develop and execute talent acquisition strategies to attract top-tier talent that aligns with the company's goals and growth
  • Develop strategic plans for building candidate pipelines and implementing effective hiring strategies within a fast-paced professional services environment for salaried and hourly roles.
  • Manage and execute full-cycle recruitment process.
  • Provide guidance on diversity and inclusion initiatives to ensure a diverse and inclusive workforce
  • Analyze recruiting metrics, market trends, and industry best practices to continuously improve talent acquisition processes and outcomes
  • Develop and equip hiring managers with interview and selection skills, training and resources.
  • Manage Talent Acquisition systems and software. Advise on innovation opportunities and industry best practices.
  • Build and maintain relationships with external partners, universities, and recruiting agencies to expand the talent network
  • Develop talent acquisition infrastructure and processes.
  • Other duties as assigned.

 
Required Qualifications

  • Demonstrated ability to build and manage high performing Talent Acquisition initiatives.
  • 5+ years of Full-Cycle Recruitment experience.
  • 3+ years of experience in TA leadership.
  • Ability to partner with senior leadership to align talent acquisition strategies with overall business objectives.
  • Ability to partner with senior leadership to align talent acquisition strategies with overall business objectives
  • Experience in AEC industry, Construction, or similar field preferred.
  • Knowledge of industry trends and best practices in Talent acquisition.
  • SHRM-CP, PHR, SHRM Talent Acquisition Specialty Credential, or other HR/Recruiting certifications are a plus
  • Proficiency in MS Office – Excel, word, some power point experience.
  • Demonstrated attention to detail, facilitation, team building, collaboration, organization and problem-solving skills
