Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Director for our Segment Technology Office team working with the Snacking Segment to govern our service delivery operations, ensuring seamless and strategic partnerships. 

This role acts as the liaison between Mars Global Services DT Global Digital Operations (GDO) and Mars Snacking internal stakeholders, advocating for business needs while ensuring adherence to the GDO service standards, operational excellence, and alignment with strategic goals.

  • 10+ years of experience in Digital Technologies (DT) service development and delivery across cross-functional teams

  • Proven track record in leading M&A integration efforts and delivering complex programs

  • Strong business acumen with the ability to navigate and influence across multiple functions

  • Experience as a member of a senior leadership team, contributing to strategic decision-making

  • Demonstrated ability to build and sustain a pipeline of impactful digital initiatives in close collaboration with stakeholders

What will be your key responsibilities?

  • Act as the primary GDO liaison for Mars Snacking, representing digital operational needs and translating business requirements into scalable, fit-for-purpose services.

  • Lead and manage a high-performing team, ensuring delivery excellence, performance management, and alignment with strategic goals across segments.

  • Drive end-to-end digital service performance, overseeing scope, quality, timelines, and SLAs—serving as the key escalation and feedback point for business units.

  • Collaborate with GDO Leadership and segment stakeholders to shape service priorities, influence roadmap decisions, and co-develop new service models tailored to business needs.

  • Support M&A and divestiture initiatives by guiding integration plans, aligning frameworks, identifying digital capability gaps, and ensuring smooth post-deal transitions.

  • Partner cross-functionally with internal teams to manage Total Cost of Ownership (TCO), balancing investment needs and operational costs for optimized value delivery.

The base pay range for this position at commencement of employment is expected to be between the range listed below, however, base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including but not limited to, market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements, if eligible, including variable pay, medical and dental benefits, participation in 401k plan, and paid time off benefits.  Eligibility for these additional elements depend on the position offered and the employee’s work schedule (i.e., part-time schedule, store associate).  Details of participation in these benefit plans will be provided if an applicant receives an offer of employment.
