We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Director of On-Premise to join our FIJI Water team, with a focus on the Southeast region, especially Florida. This role offers the opportunity to work independently as well as with distributors to manage key account relationships and drive both distribution and volume growth in the On-Premise and Independent Retail channels.

Job Description

  • Develop, manage, and expand FIJI Water sales within the Southeast US, On-Premise region to include restaurants, hotels, bars, venues, and event spaces.
  • Support current high-profile accounts via relationship development, build brand presence and develop sales strategies to increase product availability and ensure long-term brand loyalty
  • Partner with the marketing, sales planning, finance and operations to create and activate brand initiatives and promotions at key accounts
  • Maintain existing and build new distribution channels and product placements
  • Prepare and present proposals, profit planners, staff trainings and business reviews
  • Conduct monthly meetings with Operations Managers, Pricing Coordinators and Sales Managers to create and implement volume goal strategies, identify new and lost accounts, create incentives and focus program periods
  • Collaborate, train and motivate distributor sales personnel on FIJI Water
  • Achieve planned On-Premise volume and new placement goals for FIJI Water brand 
  • Manage revenue and budget spend to include field marketing costs (i.e. listing fees, rebates, retailer ads) and special events
  • Forecast water shipments for regional distributors and direct accounts
  • Prioritize time spent in the field to build customer relationships

Qualifications

  • 7+ years of sales experience in the beverage or premium consumer goods industry with a strong focus on on-premise accounts in the Southeast
  • Proven account relationships and a strong track record of driving sales and building strategic partnerships in casinos, resorts, hotels, or other high-end hospitality environments in the Southeast region
  • Strong distributor management experience, including contract negotiation and performance oversight
  • Exceptional relationship-building and communication skills, with the ability to influence key stakeholders
  • Innovative skill to analyze data and market trends to drive informed business decisions
  • Advanced capabilities within MS Office Suite: Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook to ensure capability in creating selling stories and tracking results
  • Strong oral presentation and written abilities
  • Focus on in-person account management and ability to travel up to 30% of the time outside of the Southeast market
  • 4-year college degree or equivalent experience
