Position Purpose: Develop and implement company wide provider communications branding plans and tactics to promote provider engagement initiatives and improve the quality and efficiency of health care.
- Develop provider communications, materials and content to effectively support companywide branding plan and ensure consistent implementation and usage of materials
- Collaborate with various business units to obtain and incorporate feedback on provider content
- Build and maintain relationships with key internal and external partners and continuously grow the positive reputation of corporation
- Develop provider communication strategies and tactics to enhance understanding of various products, programs and initiatives
- Research and provide updates on regulation changes and industry news that impacts the organization, its subsidiaries and/or the industry
- Advise senior management on all provider communication strategies
Education/Experience: Bachelor's degree in Communications, Journalism or related field. 7+ years of combined communications and healthcare experience. Prior experience in managed care or health care provider environment preferred.
License:
Pay Range: $116,100.00 - $214,700.00 per year

Actual pay will be adjusted based on an individual's skills, experience, education, and other job-related factors permitted by law. Total compensation may also include additional forms of incentives.
