This role is typically an integral member of a Release Train leadership team, contributing to the development of the product and/or overall business strategy.
PRIMARY DUTIES/KEY RESPONSIBILITES

  • Provide leadership to strategic direction and execution of the short to mid-term strategy for overall management of Quote to Cash processes, data and systems, including the creation and execution of product development plans, including budget, schedule, and definition of product functional requirements.


  • Drive alignment across the end-to-end Q2C process with the understanding and ability to connect the dots between product go-to market goals, workflows in CPQ , implementation, fulfillment, billing, master data, and reporting.


  • Leverage specialized understanding of our product capabilities and product offerings as well as marketplace trends to inform and help guide our overall product strategy in a rapidly changing digital landscape.


  • Responsibility for meeting the "definition of ready" for the appropriate delivery artifacts used in the product delivery process.


  • Work closely with P&L Owners, Finance, Billing, Sales, Operations Support partners ,and other CAPTG leaders to understand customer needs, address technical challenges, and develop appropriate engineering and product solutions.


  • Define and establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and success metrics to evaluate product performance that ensures alignment with business objectives


  • Foster effective business relationships with all internal and external partners, vendors and stakeholders.


  • Use influence and contribute to Cox Automotive Product thought leadership within Quote to Cash functions regarding operational matters.


  • Ensure their team is delivering on targeted financial, strategic, and operational short to mid-term commitments.


  • Actively develop talent within the product department.


  • Contributes to message development and execution of go-to-market strategies.

Education, experience and Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in a related discipline and 10 years' experience in a related field. The right candidate could also have a different combination, such as a master's degree and 8 years' experience; a Ph.D. and 5 years' experience in a related field; or 14 years' experience in a related field 5+ years' experience in a management or leadership role


  • Proven experience in Quote to Cash systems and processes


  • Proven experience in Salesforce CPQ


  • Proven experience in Enterprise Master Product Data


  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders


  • Experience with full product lifecycle methodologies, including knowledge of SAFe Agile methodology.


  • Working experience in design, development and implementation of product plans.


  • Working experience in identifying KPI's and other analytics to measure product value.


  • Working experience with leadership presentations.


  • Working experience in working with a collaborative, cross-functional team environment.


USD 142,100.00 - 236,800.00 per year
Compensation:
Compensation includes a base salary of $142,100.00 - $236,800.00. The base salary may vary within the anticipated base pay range based on factors such as the ultimate location of the position and the selected candidate's knowledge, skills, and abilities. Position may be eligible for additional compensation that may include an incentive program.

The Company offers eligible employees the flexibility to take as much vacation with pay as they deem consistent with their duties, the company's needs, and its obligations; seven paid holidays throughout the calendar year; and up to 160 hours of paid wellness annually for their own wellness or that of family members. Employees are also eligible for additional paid time off in the form of bereavement leave, time off to vote, jury duty leave, volunteer time off, military leave, parental leave, and COVID-19 vaccination leave.
