Director of Product Management - Platform Engineering

We are seeking a visionary Director of Product Management to join our Platform Engineering department. This department is responsible for the infrastructure that powers JFrog's market-leading SaaS platform and driving productivity and efficiency improvements for hundreds of engineers across the organization.

As a Director of Product Management at JFrog you will...

• Define and drive the long-term vision and strategic roadmap for the Platform Engineering department, aligning with both company objectives and engineering needs
• Spearhead and manage cross-functional initiatives to unify, optimize, and scale core SaaS infrastructure and services across the organization
• Lead the development of infrastructure features tailored to enterprise customer needs, ensuring seamless adoption and integration of our SaaS platform
• Partner with business and GTM leaders to define pricing, packaging, and positioning strategies for infrastructure capabilities
• Guide the strategy for our internal developer platform, focusing on streamlining workflows, boosting productivity, and reducing friction for engineers
• Promote the adoption of best practices, tools, and technologies that enhance development, deployment, and operational processes
• Act as a central bridge between infrastructure, product, and engineering teams, driving collaboration and the adoption of platform solutions
• Define and track key success metrics for platform initiatives, with a focus on operational efficiency, developer productivity, and customer satisfaction
• Leverage data-driven insights to continuously refine platform offerings and prioritize high-impact opportunities

To be a Director of Product Management at JFrog you need…

• Experience: 10+ years in product management, with at least 5 years in leadership roles focusing on platform engineering, developer productivity, cloud infrastructure, or SaaS operations
• Strategic Vision: Proven ability to define, implement, and execute multi-year strategic initiatives across complex organizations
• Technical Expertise: Strong understanding of cloud infrastructure, developer workflows, and enterprise-scale SaaS platforms
• Collaboration Skills: Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with experience influencing VP- and C-level stakeholders
• Enterprise Focus: Demonstrated experience in defining, delivering, and commercializing infrastructure product capabilities for enterprise customers
• Metrics-Driven: Strong analytical abilities with a track record of measuring and improving platform performance and impact
• DevSecOps/DevOps Experience: advantage
