About The Role
The Director of Performance Marketing will lead Prophet’s demand generation programs, driving business growth and enhancing our digital presence. This role involves managing the firm's global digital presence and marketing technology, executing the demand generation plan, and overseeing marketing operations.
You will work closely with the Chief Marketing Officer and regional marketing leads, focusing on demand and revenue generation. As part of the corporate marketing leadership team, you will design and execute campaigns to drive pipeline and revenue growth, advise on strategies to reach our ideal customer profile, and manage the martech stack and marketing operations.

Your Day to DayPrimary Responsibilities
- Partner with the Chief Marketing Officer to align marketing strategies with overall business objectives and ensure marketing programs drive measurable business growth.
- Serve as the corporate marketing lead for cross-functional initiatives, working closely with sales, business development, and regional leadership to ensure seamless execution and alignment with revenue goals.
- Oversee and continuously optimize performance marketing strategies, ensuring all campaigns are data-driven, ROI-focused, and designed to drive immediate and sustained growth
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance and funnel metrics, providing actionable insights and recommendations to improve conversion rates and marketing efficiency.
- Lead the development of integrated campaigns that address various stages of the buyer journey, from awareness to decision-making.
- Innovate and implement account-based marketing (ABM) and account-based experience (ABX) campaigns tailored to high-value target accounts within the ICP.
- Deploy and optimize marketing campaigns across channels, including website, email, social media, and digital advertising.
- Guide channel strategy and marketing execution including email, search, social, and digital advertising. Supervise and up-skill-up team leads in those areas.
- Partner with Solutions Marketing and domain leaders to develop campaigns that highlight Prophet’s unique value propositions and thought leadership.
- Work with regional marketing leaders to localize and customize demand generation strategies, ensuring alignment with regional market needs.
Marketing Operations Oversight
- Manage and mentor marketing specialists, fostering professional growth and ensuring high performance.
- Maintain, optimize, and scale Prophet's martech stack, ensuring seamless integration of platforms such as CRM, marketing automation, analytics, and ABM tools to enhance marketing efficiency and effectiveness
- Build the team’s capabilities in emerging marketing trends, tools, and strategies to keep Prophet’s marketing efforts ahead of the curve.
- Evaluate and implement new technologies to improve marketing efficiency, campaign effectiveness, and reporting accuracy.
- Establish KPIs and reporting frameworks to regularly communicate marketing’s impact to key stakeholders, including the executive team.
- Leverage analytics and reporting tools to provide insights into campaign performance, pipeline impact, and overall marketing effectiveness.
- Oversee the marketing budget, ensuring optimal resource allocation across channels and initiatives to maximize ROI; manage reconciliation with Finance team.
What You Bring
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, English or a related field.
- 6+ years of experience with background in managing digital channels, websites, and marketing technology (MAP, CRM, ABM platforms), particularly in B2B environments and 3+ years of people management experience
- Strong knowledge of platforms such as Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads and analytic tools.
- Visionary with big ideas and the ability to orchestrate the people, processes and technology to implement and drive impact
- Is a simplifier, able to draw insights from materials and people, and craft narratives to drive awareness, relevance, and action.
- Experience working with a fast-paced business development, marketing or sales organization.
- Self-starter with strong work ethic, excellent project management skills, analytical aptitude, ability to meet deadlines, and experience managing multiple, concurrent projects.
- Collaborative and results-driven team player.
- Strong interpersonal skills with experience working with senior-level executives.
- Experience in a professional services or consultancy setting is desirable.
Location: Hybrid 3 days per week in office; opening in Atlanta or Chicago
Salary: $130,000 - $150,000
