About the Role:
As the Director, Lifecycle Marketing at Feastables, you will lead the development and execution of our CRM strategy, driving meaningful engagement and retention across our growing customer base. You’ll shape how we connect with our audience through thoughtful marketing automation, including email, SMS, and emerging channels like chat apps and push notifications.

What You’ll Be Doing:
- Lead the development and execution of a best-in-class lifecycle marketing strategy across channels such as email, SMS / MMS, and exploratory platforms like chat apps (e.g., WhatsApp)
- Spearhead customer journey mapping to optimize lifecycle from acquisition, to retention and advocacy, across D2C & retail channels.
- Oversee the execution of comprehensive, multi-channel campaigns and management of first-party data
- Drive segmentation and dynamic content strategies to target consumers based on behavior, preferences and lifecycle stages
- Optimize existing CRM systems and tools, including Shopify, Klaviyo, and Postscript, to enhance customer engagement and retention
- Audit and assess the current marketing automation setup, identifying opportunities to improve functionality, personalization, and efficiency
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Brand, CX, Media, Shopper Marketing, and the broader MrBeast team to ensure cohesive messaging and alignment across all customer touch points
- Build and manage automated marketing workflows, including onboarding, retention, re-engagement, and win-back campaigns
- Establish KPIs for lifecycle campaigns (such as CAC, Churn Rate, LTV, etc.), analyze performance metrics, and provide actionable insights and learnings to inform future strategies
- Leverage customer data and analytics to refine lifecycle strategies, optimize performance, and develop a culture of experimentation & A/B testing.
- Partner with the Marketing Technology team to assess and recommend long-term tools and platforms for lifecycle and CRM efforts
- Stay ahead of industry trends and emerging channels, continuously refining and innovating Feastables’ lifecycle marketing approach
Recipe for Success:
- 5-7+ years of in-house experience in lifecycle marketing, CRM, or marketing automation, ideally with high-profile brands in CPG, D2C, or related industries
- Expertise in marketing automation tools like Shopify, Klaviyo, and Postscript; experience with broader platforms like Braze, Marketo, or Adobe is a plus
- Proven ability to design and execute lifecycle marketing strategies that drive retention, engagement, and customer loyalty
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into impactful campaigns
- Exceptional project management skills, capable of handling multiple campaigns and cross-functional collaboration simultaneously
- A creative and customer-first mindset, with a passion for crafting personalized and seamless customer journeys
- Hands-on experience with email, SMS, and exploratory channels like chat apps and push notifications
- A bias for action and a track record of success in fast-paced, entrepreneurial environments
