We’re looking for a New Business Sales Director to drive growth and win new enterprise clients across the German and Nordic markets. This role is all about prospecting, closing deals, and onboarding clients while growing revenue for Kantar Profiles.
What you’ll be doing:
Sales & Growth
- Hunt for new business opportunities and build a strong client portfolio.
- Hit and exceed revenue targets while ensuring profitability and margins.
Client Engagement
- Build relationships with key decision-makers and influencers.
- Cross-sell services and develop long-term client partnerships.
Sales Strategy & Execution
- Research client needs, tailor pitches, and deliver compelling presentations.
- Work closely with internal teams to onboard and support new clients.
Collaboration & Process Management
- Partner with Research Directors, Marketing, and Client Success teams to design solutions.
- Keep CRM records up to date and handle the sales pipeline effectively.
The skills & experience needed as a Director of New Business:
Market Research & Sales Expertise
- Market research background (bonus if you know online panels).
- Shown success in new business development, pitching, and closing deals.
Relationship & Negotiation Skills
- Strong communicator who builds trust and long-term partnerships.
- Confident in leading client meetings, negotiations, and client onboarding.
Commercial & Analytical Approach
- Financially savvy, with experience tracking revenue and sales performance.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and sales pipeline management.
International Mindset
- Proficient in German, Swedish, or Danish AND English.
- Comfortable working across global diverse markets and cultures.
