Overview:
The Director of Human Resources Technology will lead a team responsible for developing and implementing innovative technological solutions that optimize HR processes, enhance associate engagement, and drive strategic workforce initiatives. This critical role ensures our HR tech stack supports our organizational goals and associate needs.
1) Technology Roadmap
- Develop and execute a comprehensive HR technology strategy aligned with overall business objectives
- Digital Associate Experience Transformation
- Design and implement an integrated digital associate experience platform
- Develop a cohesive technology ecosystem that supports the entire associate lifecycle
- Create personalized, intuitive technological touchpoints from recruitment to retirement
- Advanced People Analytics Strategy
- Develop a comprehensive data strategy that leverages predictive and prescriptive analytics
- Create advanced dashboards and reporting mechanisms to support strategic workforce planning
- Implement machine learning and AI-driven insights for talent management and development
- Workforce Technology Innovation
- Identify and pilot emerging technologies in AS tech (AI-driven recruitment, virtual reality training, advanced associate engagement platforms)
- Develop a technology innovation framework that allows for rapid testing and implementation of cutting-edge solutions
- Create sandbox environments for experimenting with new AS technologies
- Continuous Digital Transformation
- Establish a continuous improvement model for AS technology
- Develop mechanisms for ongoing assessment and optimization of AS tech stack
- Create change management protocols for technology implementation and adoption
- Assess current AS technology infrastructure and identify opportunities for improvement and innovation
- Lead digital transformation initiatives within the AS function
- Research and evaluate emerging AS technologies and digital trends
2) Systems Management and Integration
- Manage and oversee the implementation, maintenance, and continuous improvement of systems in support of ASIS (Associate Success Information Systems)
- Ensure seamless integration between AS technologies, including recruitment, performance management, learning management, and associate engagement platforms
- Develop and maintain data governance policies and ensure compliance with data privacy regulations
- Collaborate with other IT departments to ensure robust security and system reliability
3) Process Optimization
- Design and implement workflows that streamline AS processes through technological solutions
- Develop metrics and analytics capabilities to provide data-driven insights for strategic decision-making
- Create and maintain documentation for AS technology systems and processes
- Support change management efforts during technology implementations
4) Vendor Management
- Identify and evaluate potential AS technology vendors
- Negotiate contracts and manage relationships with technology providers
- Conduct regular performance reviews of AS technology solutions
- Stay informed about market developments and emerging technologies in AS tech
5) Analytics and Reporting
- Develop advanced reporting capabilities that provide actionable insights
- Create dashboards and visualization tools for AS and leadership teams
- Leverage predictive analytics to support workforce planning and talent management strategies
- Ensure data accuracy and integrity across AS technology platforms
6) Workday HCM Specific Requirements
- Minimum 10+ years of advanced Workday HCM implementation and administration experience
- Expert-level knowledge of Workday Core Human Capital Management (HCM) modules:
- Associate Management
- Recruiting
- Performance Management
- Compensation Management
- Learning Management
- Demonstrated experience in:
- Workday configuration and customization
- Complex tenant design and optimization
- Integration with third-party systems using Workday Studio
- Advanced report and security group configuration
- Certifications preferred:
- Workday HCM Professional Certification
- Workday Integration Certification
- Workday Reporting Certification
7) Additional Technical Proficiencies
- Experience with other cloud-based AS technologies
- Advanced skills in data analysis and visualization tools (Power BI, etc)
- Understanding of machine learning and AI applications in AS
- Knowledge of cybersecurity principles and data privacy regulations

The salary range for this position is $137,127.00 to $172,873.00 USD
The salary range information provided, reflects the anticipated base salary range for this position based on current national data. Minimums and maximums may vary based on location. Individual salary will be commensurate with skills, experience, certifications or licenses and other relevant factors. In addition, this role will be eligible to participate in either the annual performance bonus or commission program, determined by the nature of the position.
