Job Summary & Responsibilities
The Director, HRBP leads the HRBP Team and consults with all business units across the enterprise on HR strategies, programs, initiatives, and policies and practices in the full spectrum of HR functions. The Director, HRBP collaborates and works closely with the Sr Director, Talent and MD, People & Culture on setting the direction for HR within the company to improve work relationships, build morale, increase productivity, workforce staffing, and organizational design.
- Work with relevant stakeholders to help spearhead people programs and strategies that enhance our culture- including performance management, compensation, talent development & feedback, employee engagement & retention, and internal communications.
- Regularly provide coaching/guidance on the full spectrum of HR issues including skill & professional development, career pathing and leveling, change management, and sensitive people situations.
- Ensures HRBP Team are providing the highest standards of customer service.
- Analyze trends & use data to develop people's insights and influence change.
- Build excellent working relationships across the business and HR COEs.
- Plans and leads organizational design projects to streamline and implement new structures, roles, and/or processes that create speed and efficiency and support rapidly shifting business demands.
- Engages in solving HR problems by gathering facts, conducting proper consultations, and responding appropriately to each situation while working towards solutions that meet both the BU and company needs.
- Works with leadership to ensure Inspira fosters and demonstrates a workplace inclusive of creating opportunity, serving others, building trust, innovation, and exceeding expectations through good management practices.
Preferred Qualifications
Education & Experience:
- 7-10 years of experience; 1-3 years of leadership experience
- Bachelor's Degree in Business or HR related discipline
- HR Certification a plus
Skills & Abilities:
- Great at influencing through strong relationships, expertise and data
- Experience in fast-paced, high-growth company preferred
- Strong leadership and coaching skills
- Great communication skills; understand how to communicate large, complex change
- Comfortability with stepping into feedback conversations throughout all levels of the organization
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; ability to analyze data, understand trends and develop recommendations for action based on analysis

- Infrequent travel
- Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer

$165,000-$185,000 per year
