Qualifications:
Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
10+ years of experience in Controlling ideally in a manufacturing environment.
English and Slovak language (fluently in speaking and writing); Other languages (e.g. German) are a plus.
Excellent analytical skills with ability to breakdown complex issues into key operation / business drivers.
Excellent business acumen and critical thinking skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across functions and levels of the organization .
