Job Descriptions Title: Director, Franchise Strategy Integration [India Independents + SWA]
Location – Gurgaon
What you’ll do for us:
This leadership role is responsible for supporting and challenging the Franchise team in implementing the commercial strategy and developing actionable commercial insights at market level. This will be achieved by:
- Collaborating with Franchise, Marketing, Finance and Commercial teams to define and adjust execution strategy
- Partnering with Franchise to lead system end-to-end alignment process with Bottlers at local level
- Pulling data & insights from identify granular opportunities and create actionable commercial levers at market level
- Identification and preliminary evaluation of strategic projects in support of the growth goals for the Franchise and managing the Franchise strategic project portfolio, working with Franchise teams and OU functions
- Measuring success or lack thereof, objectively feeding back the learnings from each project for future projects
This role will also work with the OULT on business critical, enterprise projects.

- Must be mastered in the development of actionable compelling consumer and commercial insights, strategies and initiatives at the market level
- Use a fact-based, strategic approach to identify the insights, strategies and leading-edge solutions to boost local/granular commercial strategy, with actionable commercial levers
- Steward end to end alignment process with Bottlers. Aligning the bottler ultimately rests with the Franchise Lead
- Capture and network best practices, import and export good ideas
- Manage uncertainty and multiple stakeholders
- Role model the “Leadership in the Network” definition
Qualifications & Requirements
- +15 years of Business and/or functional experience in Operation/Strategy related areas
- Proven trajectory as leader of others and influencing a senior leadership team
- Able to work in a diverse cultural environment, highly efficient communicator and influencer at all levels
Communication Focus
- Multiple top-level interactions and negotiations with senior management team members of KO System
- Strong influencing, presentation and communication skills to align strategies as well as build value-based relationships through numerous sensitive situations [typically with bottler]
- Ability to adjust to fit the audience with appropriate and relevant messaging
