ABOUT THE ROLE

Zeta Global is looking for a skilled Finance professional to join our global Financial Planning & Analysis team, supporting one of our fastest-growing divisions. This role involves strategic partnership with the executive team, full P&L management, and contributing to internal and external projects and analysis. The ideal candidate should excel in both spreadsheet analysis and presenting insights through PowerPoint.

This is a hybrid role that requires 3 days per week in-person at our New York City office to maximize team support and development.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Develop close working relationships with key business areas to understand their operations, communicate P&L status and variances, and provide financial support & guidance as needed
  • Contribute to the month, quarterly, and annual forecast through analysis and insightful support, ensuring that all variances are challenged and understood
  • Create compensation plans that balance strong growth incentives for the sales team and operating leverage for the business
  • Assist in the development of ‘tops-down’ targets and the detailed ‘bottoms up’ budget
  • Develop business unit KPIs to measure profitability, margins analytics, customer retention and cost savings opportunities
  • Support the Controllership team in all aspects of Quarterly Filings
  • Partners with the Investor Relations team to develop models and investor collateral 

WHAT YOU BRING

  • BA degree in Finance, Economics or Accounting preferred. CPA, MBA helpful
  • 7-10 years of financial analysis experience, preferably with public company experience
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; past experience with Netsuite and Adaptive Insights preferred
  • Experience working with a Software, Marketing Technology or Advertising Technology company preferred
  • Can-do contributor and participant in sales and finance discussions.
  • Strong verbal and written communications skills able to challenge, coach, train, influence
  • Strategic thinker, contributor.
  • Able to communicate and give purpose to financial data simply and succinctly to non-financial managers.

COMPENSATION RANGE 

The compensation range for this role is $170,000.00 - $200,000.00 depending on location and experience.
