Director Finance PTP

What will your responsibilities be?
- Full responsibility for profit plan and budget spending in managed area
- Accountable for achievement of given targets and other tasks defined by Senior Executives
- Strategic talent planning, retention and development in order to support our regional business model
- enable Problem Solving & agile methodology at all levels in the team
- Foster customer satisfaction and operational excellence accross all areas in the function
- Coordinate and interact with other regional business functions to accomplish the company's finance objectives
- Ensure performance and quality of all departmental activities based on agreed measurables (KPI´s)
- Full compliance with US GAAP Accounting rules and SOX requirements
- Coordinate the implementation and revision of all standard financial policies & procedures
- Timely reporting of all key financial information and potential associated risks to Adient's leadership (i.e. through the Management representation letter, operational reviews, escalation, etc)
- Guide the organization on improving profitability by driving efficiency via sharing of best practices, process simplification and Automation.
- Continue fostering diversity,equity&inclusing accorss all levels in the team
- Support company global strategic goals to synergize with regional markets
- Represent Adient with internal and external stakeholders
Which qualifications are we looking for in potential employees?
- University degree or equivalent job experience (finance, technical, science and other)
- 7+ years of Experience in the applicable area or other related field
- Project management skills and proven interpersonal and teamwork skills
- Possitive attitude, profesional maturity and intercultural competence
- Experiencce in managing large, regional and/or global teams
- Strong communication and presentation skills towards executives
- Problem Solving & agile mindset
