Director of Executive Engagement & Incentives

Position Overview 

As the Director of Executive Programs & Incentives at Autodesk, you will lead the strategy, development, and execution of programs designed to engage and motivate Autodesk’s executive-level clients and partners. You will be responsible for developing and executing an effective strategy for executive programs by leading the planning, development, and implementation of executive engagement and other white-glove initiatives. You will also be responsible for designing and managing incentive programs, analyzing program performance, managing budgets, and maintaining relationships with executive-level clients and partners.What You’ll Do:

  • Lead the planning, development, and implementation of executive engagement initiatives including events, webinars, and other touchpoints

  • Design and manage incentive programs that drive engagement and loyalty

  • Manage the budget for executive programs and incentives and ensure that initiatives are cost-effective and impactful

  • Monitor industry trends and leading practices to ensure Autodesk programs remain competitive and innovative

  • Manage and motivate multiple high performing teams while directing work through Senior Managers and Managers. Provide guidance, mentorship, and support to team members to ensure they achieve their individual and team goals

  • Track and deliver insights and data to internal stakeholders including sales, product marketing teams and executives.

What You’ll Bring:

  • Proven ability to hire, lead, and inspire multiple high-performing teams with the ability to foster a positive and engaging culture that encourages continuous learning and professional growth

  • Proven experience in developing and executing executive engagement initiatives that drive measurable results

  • Exceptional analytical skills to assess program performance, identify trends, and provide actionable insights

  • Strong project management skills to plan, organize, and oversee multiple projects simultaneously

  • In-depth understanding of incentive program design to drive executive engagement

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present complex information clearly and persuasively to executive audiences

  • Excellent interpersonal skills to build and maintain relationships with executive-level clients and partners

  • Strong budget management skills to ensure that there is a high ROI for executive programs and incentives

Role Specific Skills:

  • Develop Executive Programs: Expertise in designing, developing, and executing effective executive programs that drive engagement and loyalty among executive-level clients and partners
  • Manage Projects: Excellent project management skills to plan, organize, and oversee multiple high-impact projects and ensure that they are completed on time and within budget
  • Analyze Data: Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret and translate complex data into actionable strategies
  • Manage Executive Relationships: Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with executive level customers and partners
  • Manage Teams: Advanced leadership skills and ability to manage and inspire a high performing team. Skilled in hiring, developing, and retaining top talent and fostering a culture of continuous learning and professional growth

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 10+ years of experience in marketing with a significant focus on developing and managing executive programs and incentives and 7+ years of experience in a leadership role
  • A bachelor's or advanced degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Prior experience working for a SaaS company

Salary transparency

Salary is one part of Autodesk’s competitive compensation package. For U.S.-based roles, we expect a starting base salary between $168,300 and $272,250. Offers are based on the candidate’s experience and geographic location, and may exceed this range. In addition to base salaries, we also have a significant emphasis on annual cash bonuses, commissions for sales roles, stock grants, and a comprehensive benefits package.
