About the Team

Zoom's Information Technology team is dedicated to delivering customer happiness, enhancing business efficiency, and fostering agility through innovation, data insights, and automation. Responsibilities

- Experienced Leader to manage a diverse team of Enterprise Architects to design scalable, efficient, and reusable front-end and back- end systems.

- Establish, communicate, and enforce best practices for software architecture and development.

- Oversee governance of enterprise software purchases to ensure security, scalability, and cost-effectiveness.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative solutions in customer support platform engineering.

- Drive vendor selection and contract negotiations while prioritizing equitable and inclusive business practices.

- Partner with product engineering to test and deploy new Zoom capabilities, ensuring a seamless user experience.

- Identify and implement reusable code libraries to streamline development processes.

- Advocate for accessibility and inclusive design in all software solutions.

What we’re looking for

- Experience Leader leading diverse teams of architects and engineers.

- Demonstrated ability to deliver mission-critical solutions in dynamic environments.

- Proficiency in Java EE, REST services, Web Services, and portal technologies.

- Experience with RDBMS (e.g., Oracle, MySQL, MS SQL) and NoSQL databases (e.g., MongoDB).

- Excellent knowledge of software engineering principles, domain-driven design, and R&D practices.

- Hands-on experience with integration technologies (e.g., Mulesoft, Kafka, SOA).

- Familiarity with modern cloud infrastructure, including Kubernetes, Containers, and Spring Framework.

- Knowledge of DevOps processes, CI/CD pipelines, and agile methodologies.

- Proven ability to optimize application performance and troubleshoot bottlenecks.

- Experience integrating microservices with ERP and CRM systems (e.g., Oracle Cloud, Salesforce).

Salary Range or On Target Earnings:

Minimum:

$171 800,00

Maximum:

$375 900,00

In addition to the base salary and/or OTE listed Zoom has a Total Direct Compensation philosophy that takes into consideration; base salary, bonus and equity value.

Note: Starting pay will be based on a number of factors and commensurate with qualifications & experience.

We also have a location based compensation structure;  there may be a different range for candidates in this and other locations
