Onboarding is a critical function that drives customer success and revenue realization, by providing a world class experience to every mobility client. This team ensures new customers have a clear understanding of the migration process and help prepare the client for the transition. The Director of Onboarding will oversee and support this group by remove obstacles for the Onboarding Managers.

ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Proactively manages the day-to-day operations of the Onboarding function
- Point of escalation for the team and internal advocate
- Monitors KPIs and communicates risk to executive leadership
- Coordinates with other teams to optimize process based on the strategic direction
- Ensures smooth communication with New Client Services
- Works with Sales to ensure continuity and a great customer experience

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Customer focused, problem-solving skills
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships both internally and externally
- Entrepreneurial mindset and the ability to roll up their sleeves
- Exceptional time management and multitasking ability
- Ability to interface comfortably with senior executives and all levels within an organization
- Telecommunications experience is a plus, but not required
