JOB DESCRIPTION:

SUMMARY OF POSITION

Directs and leads a team of professionals, providing supervision and development. Develops and facilitates Crisis Services training. Directs various crisis services grant projects including infrastructure development and grant reporting. Provides leadership and oversite of Stride Diversion Center, Mobile Crisis teams, and other crisis services. Participates in statewide, regional and local committees as a representative of Centerstone. Develops protocols and policies for Crisis Services.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Provides Supervision Team(s) to teams of Professionals, signing off on audits of client documentation as required. Participates in hiring and performance management process. Leadership Development of Staff. Development of crisis training education and awareness. Facilitates Training & Train the Trainer programs as needed.
  • Primary contact with Substance Abuse and Mental Health Administration (SAMHA) regarding grant development, implementation and accountability to all grant outcomes. Includes working closely with Grant Management on the budget and budget reporting requirements.
  • Works closely with Institute for Clinical Excellence and Innovation to gather, analyze and report outcome data to SAMHSA.
  • Submits grant applications and renewals on time.
  • Lead and Develop Community Stakeholder Meetings.
  • Develop protocols and policies within the crisis continuum of care.
  • Responsible to attend and participate State-Wide, Regional and local Crisis Services Meetings.  Serves on Quality initiatives within Centerstone as needed, e.g. Root Cause Analysis.
  • Partners with key community stakeholders to lead and develop the advisory councils across multiple grant funded programs. Must meet the criteria of each individual grants.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES

  • Effectively communicate via written, verbal, in person and virtual methods.
  • Leadership skills in team development.
  • Knowledge and experience with grant writing.
  • Skilled in Implementing and developing programs.
  • Knowledge of Crisis Risk Management, Suicide prevention and awareness, prevention.

QUALIFICATIONS

Education Level

Master’s degree in counseling with a preference for MSW and must be license eligible.

Years of Experience

Minimum of 2 years of experience in program implementation/ development, program supervision and oversight. Experience with managing a program budget preferred.

Pay Range:

$90,000.00--$135,030.00
