Has primary responsibility for the revenue generation strategy and commercial operations of the organization. Optimizes go-to-market strategy across all revenue-generating operations, including product design, pricing, marketing, sales, support and delivery. Oversees the application of analytics to predict consumer behavior and optimize product availability and price. Monitors contract terms and deliverables through key performance indicators (e.g., customer acquisition cost, average selling price, speed to revenue) to ensure a smooth customer experience and meet targeted profit margins. May be involved with lead generation, supply negotiations, compensation planning and corporate development (e.g., strategic alliances, new ventures).
