Director, Brand and Omnichannel Marketing

Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Director, Brand and Omnichannel Marketing to lead the execution of comprehensive marketing strategies that drive brand growth and customer engagement. This role leads all aspects of brand marketing, while overseeing omnichannel initiatives, ensuring an integrated, consistent experience across all touchpoints. Additionally, this role leads the brand marketing team while collaborating with cross-functional teams to optimize customer touchpoints, enhance brand visibility, and drive sales performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Planning: Develop and execute comprehensive brand strategies and campaigns that align with overall business goals and enhance brand equity across all channels and touchpoints.
- Omnichannel Strategy: Lead integrated marketing campaigns across both digital and traditional channels, ensuring a seamless customer / consumer / patients experience and optimizing for ROI.
- Marketing innovation & digitalization: Drive innovation in marketing programs, B2B / B2B2C / DTC activation and digitalization across all touchpoints and initiatives.
- Customer-Centric Focus: Drive a customer-first approach, enhancing loyalty and engagement through personalized brand experiences.
- Data-Driven Insights & Analytics: Use marketing analytics, data to derive actionable insights, optimize strategies, and provide strategic recommendations for the Canadian market.
- Market Research: Analyze market trends, consumer insights, and competitive landscape to inform marketing strategies and identify growth opportunities.
- Team Leadership & Collaboration: Build and lead a high-performing marketing team and foster a culture of innovation and accountability, while collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure executional excellence.
- Performance Measurement: Establish KPIs and metrics to assess the effectiveness of marketing strategies and adjust plans based on performance data.
- Budget Management: Oversee the marketing budget, ensuring effective allocation of resources and delivering strong ROI through measurable outcomes.
Skills & Qualifications
- Hands-on, dynamic team player thriving in fast-paced environments with a strong external and customer focus.
- Minimum of a BSc or BA (science or business preferred), with an MBA as an asset
- A minimum of seven (7) years of experience across pharmaceuticals, aesthetics, skincare
- Team leadership experience is a benefit
- Experience with driving brand recommendation with share of mind with Dermatologists and/or allergists
- Proven ability to think strategically as well as execute and implement
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to manage complex customer & internal relationships
- Strong communicator, both written and verbally with excellent presentation skills
- Ability to multi-task under pressure
- Ability to work both independently and with a team; is ready to hit the ground running
