Job Title: Portfolio Marketing Manager

Job Description:

Reporting to the Prescription Business Unit Lead, the Portfolio Marketing Manager is a key member of the Prescription Business Leadership Team. They are responsible for establishing the strategic vision for our acne and rosacea portfolios, including authorized generics, leveraging our AK-NMSC products, and ensuring consistency with our biologics business. The role will be responsible for establishing the revenue and expense commitments for the topical brand portfolio, and for establishing the sales strategy with the purpose of delivering on the Business Unit sales targets. The Portfolio Marketing Manager will be the leader of the cross functional team, collaboratively establishing brand goals and strategies alongside medical, sales, business analytics and other key functions to meet the needs of our customers, deliver on business objectives and establish Galderma as a leader and trusted partner.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build patient based/TRx based revenue models to forecast demand expectations and establish revenue and expense commitments for the acne, rosacea and AK-NMSC portfolios, including any authorized generics (AG), inform supply requirements and track attainment and assumptions on a monthly basis
  • Build portfolio approaches for our acne and rosacea portfolios, clearly defining the patient and HCP journey, develop patient profiles and position our products to improve patient outcomes
  • Engage cross functional team members to establish a strategic vision and objective for each brand, developing associated life cycle planning (including sunsetting or AG strategies), tactical omnichannel plans and KPIs for each asset and portfolio
  • Proactively provide recommendations on inline portfolio maximization, including resource allocation, revenue optimization and potential integrated dermatology strategies that result in synergies
  • Build comprehensive omnichannel engagement plans using a combination of digital and non-digital marketing tools, with the objective to engage and re-engage both GPs and Dermatologists, building a seamless and continuous experience with Galderma
  • Establish sales and promotional strategies for GPs and Dermatologists, tailoring messaging and positioning based on scope of practice
  • Analyze market data to measure KPI attainment, gain insight into market trends and adjust customer engagement plans based on insights
  • Establish the RX BU portfolio approach across the inline and biologics team for key activities including education, congresses, and online presence (websites, social media and other media placement)
  • Champion Veeva implementation processes across sales and marketing within the Rx BU, establish processes, ways of working and expectations across marketing and sales in collaboration with commercial operations
  • Deliver on a variety of administrative tasks timely and accurately.
  • Demonstrate ethics and integrity while modeling behaviors consistent with company standards and policies for business and compliance related matters
  • Report all adverse events as per corporate policy
  • Other duties may be assigned.

Required Qualifications

  • Relevant University Degree in business administration or science
  • Proven ability to build and execute on comprehensive strategic brand plans
  • Experience in dermatology and/or primary care marketing
  • Experience building sales tools that can be used to engage HCPs through in person or virtual sales calls
  • Demonstrated cross functional leadership and collaboration skills
  • Understanding of Canada’s healthcare network, including future trends and potential barriers
  • Excellent customer management skills, demonstrated ability to build and foster relationships
  • Experience with Veeva, including sales and marketing functionality
  • Demonstrated ability to track omnichannel KPIs, customer e-consent, and HCP engagement
  • Experience and proficiency with P&L/budget management
  • Demonstrated change leadership, ability to thrive and lead through ambiguity, while maintaining colleague engagement
  • Strong communication skills (written and verbal), fluency in English and French is an asset
  • Understanding of key systems and software such as Microsoft Office Suite, Veeva and PowerBI
  • Must maintain a high degree of integrity and ethics at all times
