What you'll do:

Responsibilities:

1.Program Planning and Execution
◦ Defines program objectives, scope, and deliverables.
◦ Develops and manages detailed work plans, schedules, and budgets.
◦ Tracks progress and ensures timely completion.

2. Stakeholder Management
◦ Identifies key stakeholders and understands their needs.
◦ Facilitates regular communication and updates.
◦ Manages expectations and resolves conflicts.

3. Risk Management
◦ Identifies potential risks and develops mitigation strategies.
◦ Monitors risks throughout the program lifecycle.
◦ Adjusts plans proactively in response to challenges.

4. Resource Allocation
◦ Secures necessary resources (personnel, budget, tools).
◦ Optimizes resource usage to maximize efficiency.
◦ Addresses resource constraints and reallocates as needed.

5. Performance Monitoring
◦ Establishes key performance indicators (KPIs) for the program.
◦ Monitors performance against objectives and KPIs.
◦ Prepares reports and presentations for leadership.

6. Team Leadership
◦ Builds and leads program teams.
◦ Provides mentorship, coaching, and support.
◦ Fosters a collaborative and high-performing culture.

7. Change Management
◦ Leads efforts to adopt and integrate new processes or systems.
◦ Prepares teams for organizational changes.
◦ Ensures alignment and smooth transitions.

8. Cross-Functional Collaboration
◦ Coordinates efforts across multiple departments.
◦ Aligns program goals with organizational priorities.
◦ Facilitates knowledge sharing and integration.

9. Budget and Financial Management
◦ Creates and manages program budgets.
◦ Tracks expenditures and ensures cost-effectiveness.
◦ Provides financial updates to stakeholders.

10. Program Closure and Evaluation
◦ Ensures all objectives and deliverables are met.
◦ Conducts program reviews to identify successes and areas for improvement.
◦ Documents lessons learned for future initiatives.

Knowledge and Skills:

  • First Level University degree.
  • 7+ years in project management roles or in like roles/businesses.Experience implementing policies, processes, and analytics methods to support client sales processing
  • Ability to apply analytical, statistics and problem-solving skills
  • Understanding of business and sales processing tools, systems, and practices
  • Demonstrates an in-depth understanding of key Services' operational policies, processes and
  • methodologies applicable to project management.
  • Speaks with authority to most layers of depth related to project management methods.
  • Makes use of and contributes to Services PM Profession community.
  • PMP Certified.

What you need to bring:

Education and Experience Required:

  • High school or equivalent secondary education certification required
  • Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Typically 7+ years experience
