The Digital Transformation Manager (d/f/m) will be responsible for driving and implementing comprehensive digital strategies that transform our healthcare services and operations. This role requires a visionary leader with strong strategic planning, diplomatic stakeholder management skills, and proven team leadership abilities. The successful candidate will oversee the integration and optimization of digital infrastructure, applications, and platforms to enhance user experiences and ensure the successful adoption of innovative digital solutions across the organization. 

Your Role

  • Develop and manage direct reports and develop own team

  • Communicate and interact strategically with IT, Solution Owner and Therapeutic Area Directors, to ensure that the projects and the digital plan meet the expectations

  • Translate business needs into digital plans and roadmaps

  • Manage the portfolio of digital projects, including budget and resource planning

  • Contribute to the digital governance framework, which includes roles and decision-making authority for digital ambitions

  • Identify new opportunities in relation to business transformation

  • At least three years of leadership experience in similar positions, with the ability to develop and manage your own team and direct reports

  • Strong network of stakeholders and strategic communication skills to lead the organization through a change journey

  • Agile methods and mindset to drive the implementation of customer solutions

  • Intrapreneurial spirit to bring innovative solutions to the markets with high speed

  • Visionary thinking to develop the Digital PMO further
