You will play a pivotal in advancing business process automation and driving efficiency improvements across the organisation. Reporting to the Digital Workplace Lead, based in Sydney, Melbourne or Brisbane you will work closely with a multidisciplinary IT team and business stakeholders to deliver cutting-edge technical solutions that enhance operational effectiveness.

What you will do
- Execute delivery tasks in alignment with the strategic direction provided by the Digital Workplace Lead.
- Develop and deliver training programs to ensure effective adoption of new technologies and processes.
- Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for business processes and automation initiatives.
- Partner with stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver successful technology implementations.
- Collaborate with software development teams to integrate advanced technologies and intelligent automation solutions.
- Lead initiatives to deliver feature enhancements aligned with organisational digitisation goals.
- Implement advanced technologies that streamline business processes and improve efficiencies.
- Analyse current business workflows to identify opportunities for optimisation and automation.
Who you are
- Technical Expertise: Demonstrated ability to understand and apply advanced technologies and intelligent automation tools.
- Project Leadership: Proven experience in managing feature releases and process enhancement projects.
- Microsoft 365 Proficiency: Familiarity with MS365 technologies and their applications in a professional setting.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to engage effectively with technical and non-technical audiences.
- Collaboration: Ability to work seamlessly with diverse teams and stakeholders.
- Problem-Solving: Aptitude for identifying inefficiencies and implementing effective process improvements.
- Adaptability: Resilience and flexibility to thrive in a fast-paced environment focused on modernisation and innovation.
- MUST have Permanent Residency or be an Australian Citizen or have full working rights.
