Your Mission:
Lead the development, creation, execution and analysis of impactful national and local digital promotion and loyalty campaigns to deliver tangible business results. Display outstanding organizational skills, excellent written and verbal communication and a clear drive for results. Leverage data findings and analyze trends to make loyalty and promotion code offer campaign recommendations and provide insights to the digital and broader marketing teams. This position is cross-functional and operates as a liaison between marketing, external vendors, finance and IT. This role will act independently and autonomously.
How You’ll Make an Impact:
- Lead the creation, maintenance, and execution of digital promotion and loyalty campaigns from development through analysis of results reporting. Analyze all promotion code and loyalty campaign performance to recommend future best practices.
- Partner with key business cohorts within digital and other marketing and cross-functional teams to understand and act on business objectives and requirements for development of various digital promotions and loyalty campaigns.
- Provide strategic, data-driven promo code offer campaign recommendations for various local and national digital promotions including Today’s Deals, Crazy!Crazy! Deals and local franchisee support.
- Identify, research, and analyze offers and value propositions that motivate purchase behavior for key target segments to provide recommendations and guidance to cross-functional stakeholders and franchisees/operators to drive business results.
- Act as a liaison between IT, Finance and Marketing related to all promo code and loyalty campaigns and the respective advertised channels.
- Compile reporting data from multiple sources such as vendor partners and internal resources to synthesize, track, report and analyze the performance of digital marketing activities, ad-hoc analytic requests and development/automation of regular reporting and dashboards.
- Develop and deliver digital promotion and loyalty campaign analytics using industry best practices. Identify successful and unsuccessful campaign elements and recommend future actions and consumer targets.
- Provide insights and recommendations through ad-hoc analysis and reporting of various areas within Marketing.
- Build presentation materials summarizing digital promo code and loyalty campaigns and results for franchisees, executives and cross-functional stakeholders.
- Manage all internal and external promo code campaign inquiries including investigation of potential fraud. Develop and recommend best practices for fraud prevention and management.
- Manage day to day communication and execution with internal and external vendors.
- Provide additional support to the digital marketing team, as necessary.
Who You Are:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Math, Analytics discipline or equivalent.
- Two years (2) of experience in marketing or analytics.
- Demonstrated analytical skills with the ability to compile, analyze, summarize and present data for management review.
- Analytical mindset that utilizes analytic insights to inform strategic direction and decisions.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple complex projects, produce high quality deliverables within assigned deadlines.
- Superior verbal and written communication skills with the ability to communicate effectively with all levels of staff.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team, and with all levels of management.
- Highly proficient in Microsoft Office Applications such as MS Word, Excel, Access and Power Point.
- Experience supporting marketing and insights functions.
- Exceptional attention to detail with the ability to meet tight deadlines.
