Job Details
We trust that as a Digital Product Manager you will: (responsibilities):
- Collaborate with internal teams (Engineering, Marketing, Design, QA, etc.) on new and existing digital products and features.
- Develop and communicate a product strategy aligned with company goals, market trends, and customer needs.
- Maintain and prioritize a product roadmap, balancing customer impact, business value, and resource constraints.
- Manage the day-to-day product lifecycle by defining requirements, creating user stories, and working with development teams to deliver features on time and to spec.
- Champion a user-centric approach, collaborating with UX/UI teams to ensure designs align with user needs and product goals.
- Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure product success and use data insights to refine the product strategy.
- Conduct research to understand homebuyer challenges, identify user needs, and analyze the competitive landscape.
- Identify opportunities to improve processes, tools, and methodologies to enhance the efficiency of the digital product team.
- Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications: At a Minimum, We’d Like You to Have:
- 5+ years of Product Manager experience in a B2C environment.
- Strong background in web product design and development.
- Data-driven decision-making, with a focus on analytics and research.
- Proven ability to build strong partnerships with cross-functional teams (design, engineering, leadership).
- Proficiency with product and project management tools.
- Strategic thinker with a track record of translating vision into action with strong execution skills and attention to detail.
- Experience conducting competitive analysis and user research.
