Core Responsibilities:

  • Plan and facilitate research with users and partners to capture insights and inform the product development process.
  • Facilitate journey mapping and service blueprinting engaging partners from all seniority levels.
  • Collaborate closely with product management and engineering to define and prioritize roadmap items that align with the company’s strategy.
  • Craft compelling stories that build empathy with user needs, helping to align the team and collaborators around a shared vision.
  • Apply design thinking principles to ensure that all solutions are user-centric and optimally address real-world problems.
  • Create and test prototypes to validate design concepts and improve user experiences.

In this role, you will be an essential part of setting direction for the E-commerce Content Analytics team, along with the Product Manager and engineers. 

Your main responsibility will be ensuring the product serves the users’ needs by bringing in user insights in creation of innovative solutions. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, ensuring that insights and data drive content activation and e-commerce sales.

Do you have what it takes?

  • Background in product design, research, service design, e-com or similar.
  • Proven experience conducting research and applying design thinking principles to real world problems.
  • Experience in mapping sophisticated processes and data flows with many levels of user and business stakeholders.
  • Ability to work effectively in an agile, cross-functional team bannering the users’ perspective.
  • Proficiency in building mock-ups and prototypes to visualize and test ideas.
  • Thriving in a role that involves setting direction. 
  • Experience with tools like Figma, Miro or user-testing is a plus.
  • Advanced English both written and verbal as we are an internationally gathered team.
