About the RoleIn this role, the Producer is responsible for leading the end-to-end workflow of Retention Marketing campaigns, including email, SMS, and app push campaigns for Athleta. This Producer will partner with members of cross-functional teams to ensure the best customer experience by being process and detailed-oriented, highly organized, and have a passion for optimizing cross-functional processes while navigating a high volume of digital content in a fast-paced environment.What You'll Do

Manage and oversee Retention Marketing campaigns, including the production and launch of daily batch emails, SMS, and app push campaigns for North America markets (US & CDA), from brief kickoff to launch.

Manage a small team of direct reports, providing guidance and support. Partner closely with direct reports to identify opportunities for career growth and development.

Be proactive in identifying solutions for process updates and be able to implement those changes effectively and collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

Partner closely with third-party vendors and central marketing partners to establish strong working relationships and provide direction on process improvements. Request and explore new functionality within vendor platforms to better support customer and business needs.

Respond quickly to changes in scope or timing of projects and provide guidance to functional areas on both technical impacts and timelines.

Be able to navigate changes and effectively communicate the optimal path based upon complexity, resources, and business needs.

Work closely with content management systems and personalization platforms. Be an expert on the capabilities of those systems and use knowledge to help guide business partners on available functionalities.

Own and lead complex special projects to support customer acquisition and retention initiatives. Projects may include working with other digital marketing vehicles (site, app, social etc.) as needed.
Who You Are

Experience with web technologies and digital content production, including direct experience with website and/or email tools and technologies.

Ability to work effectively with both internal and external teams, driving best practices and providing solutions.

Excellent oral/written communication, analytical and interpersonal skills; strong attention to detail.

Self-motivated and driven. Ability to work independently with a constant sense of ownership for the quality assurance of all campaigns, as well as the overall customer journey.

Have a “customer first” mentality and use analytical skills and data to provide suggestions on how to better improve the customer experience.

Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent
-
2-3+ years experience in a digital production environment.

1+ years managing direct reports is preferred.

Retail eCommerce experience a plus.
