Digital Personalisation Executive

We are looking for a Digital Personalisation Executive to join our Digital team at Harrods. Your primary responsibility will be to set up and execute effective personalisation campaigns on our app and website, ensuring they align with our customer strategies across CRM and e-commerce.

About The Role

As the Digital Personalisation Executive, you will be a key member of the Personalisation team, reporting into the Senior Digital Personalisation Manager. Manage the end-to-end implementation process, including supporting on hypothesis setting, KPI selection, segmentation building and analysis of results.

The Digital Personalisation Executive will play a critical role in supporting the personalisation initiatives on our website and mobile app, collaborating with various stakeholders to uphold a unified and customer-focused personalisation strategy throughout the organisation.

You will also;

  • Analyse data to propose value-driving recommendations and continually review metrics to identify opportunities
  • Conduct competitor analysis across industries and digital platforms
  • Analyse data to propose value-driving recommendations
  • Work with teams across marketing, content, e-commerce, data and insights, CRM, and IT to operationalise onsite testing

About You

The ideal candidate will have previous experience supporting e-commerce, CRM, digital marketing, or personalisation projects, as well as an understanding of data interpretation. We are looking for someone who has experience in or willingness to learn Dynamic Yield.

You will also;

  • Strong communication skills
  • Interest in luxury retail and an appreciation for the luxury market
  • Familiarity with personalisation and customer segmentation technologies
  • Awareness of data protection and privacy regulations
  • Ability to adapt quickly in an ambiguous environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
